Fees & Rebates

Clients with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from a General Practitioner (GP) may be eligible for a Medicare rebate. Medicare rebates are processed at the time of payment via HICAPS, where available. Please note that a gap fee applies.

This session involves a structured psychological consultation, including assessment of presenting concerns, collaborative goal setting, and delivery of evidence-based therapeutic intervention tailored to individual needs.

Services may be available for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Please contact the clinic to discuss suitability and availability.

Psychological services are provided in line with SIRA guidelines and requirements. Fees are charged in accordance with the SIRA fee schedule and are typically invoiced directly to the relevant insurer.

Psychological assessments and report writing services are available where clinically appropriate. This may include written reports for clinical, occupational, or third-party purposes. Fees vary depending on the type and complexity of the assessment or report required. Please contact the clinic to discuss your specific needs.

Payment Payment is required at the time of the session. Accepted payment methods include EFTPOS, debit, and credit card.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

Referrals A referral is not required to access psychological services privately. However, a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP is required to access Medicare rebates.
